1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Due to hygiene and safety concerns, soaps and personal care products cannot be returned once used.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your message.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- You may also request an exchange for a different item if preferred.
4. Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used soaps, candles, or other personal care products.
- Items purchased from clearance or sale sections (unless defective).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your candle or soap arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will offer a full refund or replacement.
- We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to process your claim.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
